At Partner & Scale, we understand that circumstances may change, and clients may need to cancel their consulting engagements. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are allowed and the process for canceling a service.
Conditions for Cancellations
- Before Service Commencement: Clients can cancel their engagement without penalty if the service has not yet commenced.
- During Service: Cancellations during the service period may be subject to partial charges based on the amount of work already completed.
Cancellation Process

- Review: We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
- Confirmation: Upon confirmation of the cancellation, any applicable refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
Cancellation Fees
- Pre-Commencement: No cancellation fees apply if the service has not started.
- Post-Commencement: Partial fees may be charged based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
