  1. Before Service Commencement: Clients can cancel their engagement without penalty if the service has not yet commenced.
  2. During Service: Cancellations during the service period may be subject to partial charges based on the amount of work already completed.

  2. Review: We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  3. Confirmation: Upon confirmation of the cancellation, any applicable refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

Cancellation Fees

  1. Pre-Commencement: No cancellation fees apply if the service has not started.
  2. Post-Commencement: Partial fees may be charged based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
